1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. oil (sesame oil is good)
2 cloves garlic, crushed (or a sprinkle of garlic powder)
1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour over your favorite meat. The longer the meat marinades the stronger the flavor becomes. Do not save and reuse marinade!
