1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugars, butter and oil, beat well. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar and vanilla. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight. Make into small balls and flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes. Don't over cook.
