1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp.ground mustard
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; Store in airtight container--
Rub over meat or poultry; cover and refrigerate for up to 4 hours before grilling or broiling
