c. margarine
c. of white sugar
c. of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
c. of sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
extra brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar, add beaten eggs and mashed bananas. Stir in sour cream. Add flour, salt and soda. Put batter in long, narrow greased loaf pan. Sprinkle lots of brown sugar on top. Bake at 325 for one hour or until center is done. Makes a moist bread!
