1 loaf English muffin bread
thin slices of Swiss cheese
½ c. of sharp cheddar cheese
½ lb. of sliced ham
8 eggs
3 c. of milk
½ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. salt
corn flakes
¼ c. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x13 pan. Butter each slice of bread and put on bottom of pan, buttered side up. Cover bread with ham slices and top with cheeses. Cover with another layer of bread, ham and cheeses.

In a separate bowl, beat eggs and mix with milk, salt and dry mustard. Pour mixture over bread, ham and cheeses in pan. Refrigerate overnight.

In morning, crush corn flakes and add melted butter. Spread mixture over top of pan just before baking. Bake at 350º for one hour.
