2 - 3 oz packages of strawberry or cherry jello
2 cups boiling water
3 cups mashed bananas
1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple, undrained
2 - 10 oz pkgs of frozen strawberries, thawed and undrained
1 cup (8 oz) sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 2 cups of boiling water. Cool. Add mashed bananas, crushed pineapples, and strawberries. Ladle half of mixture (about 4 cups) into a 9 x 13 pan and refrigerate to set firm (about 1 1/2 hours). Reserve the other half - do not refrigerate.
When firm, spread top with sour cream and ladle the rest of gelatin mixture on top and return to refrigerator to set.
Cut into squares to serve as a salad or dessert.
