3 or 4 Smoked Pork Hocks
1 large can of whole tomatoes
1 1lb of navy beans
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 can tomato juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cover Pork hocks and beans in water. Cook over medium heat. After 1 hour add tomatoes. Brown onions in flour and add after the meat cooks for 2 hours. Simmer until beans are done.
