2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 cup sweet milk
1 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Stir eggs, sugar,salt, baking powder together real good---add flour and milk, Beat with fork until smooth---cook on hot griddle or skillet

These are very good!!--Big Daddy made this recipe every morning before he went to work---left them on the stove for my Grandmother to make when she got up---Cooked on an old cast iron griddle---So Good and So Easy--No reason to buy a mix----
