2 c. flour
1 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease one 11x7 inch pan.

2. Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, and soda. Add mayonnaise, cold water, and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

3. Bake at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes. Frost if desired
