12 - 15 large fresh mushrooms
3 thinly sliced green onions
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 T crumbled blue cheese
1 T minced parsley
1 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mince mushroom stems and saute in pan with onions, mushroom tops and butter.
Add bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, lemon juice and salt. Blend well and place filling in mushroom caps. Place in a shallow pan and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 450 for about 8 minutes or until brown and hot. Serve as an appetizer or with steak.
