2 lbs. thick sliced bacon
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 T mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Place bacon slices in a single layer in a shallow pan (jelly roll pan). Combine brown sugar and mustard; sprinkle mixture over bacon slices. Bake at 250º for 1 hour. Drain; cut into desired pieces with kitchen scissors. These may be served for a brunch or as an appetizer.
