1 large can Bush's Boston Baked Beans
1 can black beans rinsed and drained
1 can kidney bean rinsed and drained
1 can hot spicy chili beans
1 can petite diced garlic tomatoes
1/3 cup zesty BBQ sauce
2 tbsp spicy mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 small onion diced
2 stalks celery diced
Handful fresh shopped parsley
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
Kosher salt to taste

Mix in a large bowl and then pour into casserole dish. (make sure you scrape the extra sauce off the sides of the bowl and include in the dish). Bake on 300 for at least an hour until lightly browned and bubbling on top. Cover with foil and let sit for 30 minutes before serving.

My dad loves baked beans. When I was a kid, he chose "weenies & beans" for his birthday meal every year. Whenever I know he will be a guest in our home in the summer, I always make a batch of these beans. I think he goes back for thirds.
