1 pkg frozen hash browns with onions and green peppers
1 lb sausage (Owens, Jimmy Dean etc.)
8 oz. shredded cheese
8 eggs (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash pepper sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and fry sausage until completely cooked. Drain. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Mix sausage in hash brown mixture. Place the hash browns and sausage in pan. Sprinkle shredded cheese over hash browns. In separate bowl, beat eggs, salt, pepper and hot sauce. Pour egg mixture evenly over hash browns, sausage and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until eggs are cooked (about 20-30 minutes).
