1 lb sausage
Chopped onion

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c milk
1 c cheese, shredded, any kind
1 1/2 c hash brown potatoes
Cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain the onion and hamburger.

Mix all other ingredients except cracker crumbs together. Put into 9 X 9 baking dish.

Sprinkle crumbs on top.

Bake at 350 for about 1 hour.

You can double this recipe for a 9 X 13 baking dish. It will take a little longer to bake.

You can make this the day before and just put in the oven the next morning.
