1 large can Refried Beans
2 - 8 oz containers of Sour Cream
1 Avocado
Salsa of your choice (preferably fresh salsa)
Shredded cheese
Tomato
Black olives
Green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Chop avocado, tomato, and green onions up.

Layer first with refried beans, then sour cream, and then sprinkle all other ingredients on top, covering with shredded cheese and avocado.

Shelby introduced us to this recipe. And now when we get together with her family, we try to always serve it with tortilla chips. (Secret: Chili's has great chips you can buy and use with this. It adds a nice touch and great flavor.)
