c sugar 1 tbls lemon juice
2 tsp cornstarch 2 c blueberries
c water 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Combine and cook over medium heat until thick. Serve over cake, ice cream, cheesecake, or blueberry pancakes.

But my all time good memory food is the blueberry pancakes with blueberry sauce that Mom would only prepare when we were camping or at the cabin in Alma, Colorado. She made her blueberry sauce without a recipe, but I found this one to use myself.
