3 c flour 1 c margarine 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 3/4 c sugar 1/3 tsp salt 3 eggs 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla 1 tsp nutmeg 2 c pumpkin 1 tsp all spice 1 c raisins, optional
Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, powder, soda, salt and the three spices. Set this aside. Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin. Mix with dry ingredients. Add raisins or 1 c. chopped nuts. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 min. Makes 2 ½ dozen.
