3 c flour 1 c margarine
1/2 tsp baking soda 1 3/4 c sugar
1/3 tsp salt 3 eggs
1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp nutmeg 2 c pumpkin
1 tsp all spice 1 c raisins, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix flour, powder, soda, salt and the three spices. Set this aside. Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin. Mix with dry ingredients. Add raisins or 1 c. chopped nuts. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake for 20-25 min. Makes 2 dozen.
