3 c cooked and chopped chicken
4 strips of cooked bacon
1 c cheese (any kind)
1/3 c mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tbls parsley
1 garlic clove
2 tomatoes
2 cans of croissant rolls
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Place croissant rolls in a circle on pizza pan with wide ends near the center of the pan, and tips touching the next croissant. Overlap with the second can of croissants. Mix together chicken, bacon, cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, garlic, and tomatoes. Place mixture in a circle on the thick part of the croissants. Roll the tip of each croissant upward, forming a ring with the mixture inside. Brush egg white on top of ring. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375.
