1 - 15 oz can black beans, drained
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sour cream
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 c shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c chopped pimento-stuffed green olives or black olives
5 - 10 inch flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Combine black beans, cream cheese, sour cream, seasoned salt and garlic salt in a large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed until blended, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese and green olives. Spread the bean mixture over 1 side of each of the tortillas, roll to enclose the filling. Chill, tightly wrapped in plastic wrap for 2 hours. Cut in 1/4 inch slices just before serving.
