6 c water 6 chicken bouillon cubes
1 onion, diced Salt to taste
5 c potatoes, diced
8 oz cream cheese
3/4 tsp dill weed

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to boil and dissolve cubes. Add onion and salt. Add potatoes and cook until well done. In large bowl cream the cream cheese. Gradually add the water mixture, beating until well blended. Add 3/4 t dill weed. When serving, sprinkle paprika on top.
