10 medium potatoes, peeled
1 stick margarine
1 large carton sour cream
1 tabs bacon bits
2 tabs minced onion
1/2 c grated cheese (such as Velvet)
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash potatoes. Mix rest of ingredients, except some of the cheese for on top. Bake at 300 until bubbly. Make a day ahead and then heat when ready to serve.
