1 - 32 oz pkg hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 stick of butter
1/2 c onion, chopped
2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter. Mix everything together. Put in buttered baking dish. Take 1/2 stick of butter, melt. Mix with 2 c corn flakes and spread on top.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
