1 can Pillsbury Crescent rolls
1 pkg. Brown & Serve Sausage
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese (Swiss or cheddar works too)
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 eggs, mixed with c. milk
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press out rolls into a 9x13 pan. Cut up sausage and spread over rolls. Slice or grate cheese and place on top of sausage. Spread onions and green pepper on top. Pour eggs and milk over all. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
