Ingredients:
1 head lettuce, broken into bite-sized pieces
1 head cauliflower, chopped fine
2 c mayonnaise
1 medium onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Spread mayonnaise over all ingredients after placing the ingredients in a large bowl.

Cover tightly. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Toss and serve immediately. Caution: When you spread the mayonnaise on top of the cauliflower, be sure the mayonnaise covers it completely and touches the sides of the bowl. The mayonnaise acts as a seal and keeps the lettuce and cauliflower fresh.
