1 c. flour
2 T. & 2 tsp light brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
tsp. salt
tsp. cinnamon
8 dried dates
6 dried apricot halves
1 egg
skim milk
1 very ripe medium banana, mashed

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and bake at 350 for 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
