1 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
1 large onion
3 C. mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Grate onion and cheese. Mix in mayonnaise. Place in greased oven baking dish and bake @ 300 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
