6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
Mix together until smooth.

Add 3 cups milk slowly, stirring with whisk until thick. Add 3 cups Velveeta cheese.

Spray pan with Pam. Place a layer of sliced potatoes in bottom of pan. Put a layer of cheese sauce, salt, pepper, onions (chopped) and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Add another layer of everything, finishing with a layer of cheddar cheese. Bake at 375º for at least an hour or until brown on top and potatoes are done.
