1 lb. country style pork ribs or 1 pkg. Kiel Basa, cut into 2” pcs.
1 sm. can sauerkraut
4 potatoes, peeled and halved
½ c. water

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass pan, layer meats, add potatoes and cover with sauerkraut. (I like to drain the sauerkraut some so it’s not so strong. Add water. Cover and bake at 350º for 2 hours or until meat and potatoes are done. You can also put this is a crock pot in the morning and let it cook all day.
