3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 C. whipping cream
1/2 C. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie crust, baked
1 C fresh mashed peaches
1/2 C. water
1 C. sugar
3 T. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 C. freshly sliced peaches

Moisten cream cheese with a little whipping cream, blend until creamy. Whip remaining cream and add sugar and vanilla. Fold in cream cheese mixture carefully. Pour into cooled pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

In sauce pan, combine mashed peaches, water, sugar, cornstarch and cinnamon. Boil. Reduce heat and cook for 5 minutes or until thick stirring constantly. Put sliced peaches on pie and pour slightly cooled glaze over top. Refrigerate.
