1 package (12 ounces) Fettuccine
1 c. chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 c. quartered fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. thinly sliced green onions
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
4 ounces fully cooked ham, cubed or fully cooked shrimp
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium heat, bring broth and garlic to a boil. Add mushrooms and onions; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add cream cheese and ham; cook and stir until cheese is mealted. remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese and pepper. Rinse and drain fettuccine; top with sauce. .
