2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter - melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz. each)
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Bring cream cheese to room temperature.

Mix first three ingredients and press mixture firmly and evenly against the bottom of a 9" x 13" pan.

Mix the next 5 ingredients with electric beater for 10 minutes. Add sour cream and beat for 2 more minutes. Pour into pan. Bake for 35 minutes in 350º preheated oven . Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for 1 1/2 hours. Serve plain or with favorite fruit topping.

Recipe can be cut in half and use a 9-10 inch springform pan.
