1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/8 cup shredded onion
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Salt and pepper as you would hamburger. Shape meat mixture into a ball. Place in greased bread/meatloaf pan or glass baking dish. Bake for 1 hour at 350
