12 apples, peeled & cut 2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1 c. Crisco
Put apples in a greased 9x13 pan. Mix white sugar and cinnamon together and spread over apples. Mix brown sugar, flour and shortening with pastry blender or fork until crumbly. Spread over apples. Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
