1 c. sugar
c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 ripe bananas, mashed (or 1 cup)
c. sour cream
tsp. vanilla
c. walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients and mix into wet mixture. Beat in bananas, sour cream and vanilla. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until done.
