2 sm. onions
2 c. celery
1 c. raw rice
1 can mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth
3-4 c. cubed chicken
¼ c. cashews

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and bake all ingredients, except cashews, at 350º for 75 minutes. Add cashews during the last 30 minutes. This is also great in a crock pot.
