Canola oil
Seasoned salt and pepper
Dry Ranch dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes and cut into wedges. Drop wedges in a large zip-lock bag with a couple tablespoons of either canola or olive oil. Seal bag and squish around until potatoes are well coated. Place on cookie sheet or large baking pan and sprinkle with seasoned salt and a little pepper. roast in medium oven for about 45 minutes. Turn potatoes half-way through the baking time.
Option: While the potato wedges are still in the bag, add a package of dry ranch dressing mix and coat. Do not add any seasoned salt or pepper with this option. Roast as indicated above.
