1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
½ tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
½ c. Bisquick baking mix
2 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in 9” greased pie plate; sprinkle with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients with fork until blended. Pour into plate. Bake at 400º for 25 minutes.
