1 1/2 lb Italian Sausage
1/2 stick of Margarine
2 tbls Fennel seeds
3 ribs chopped celery
1 Medium chopped onion
1 tbls garlic (preferably from jar)
1 tbls sage
6 c Kellogg's Stuffing
2 c chicken broth (add more as needed to be moist)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove casings from sausage. Crumble and brown in large frying pan in 1/2 stick of margarine. Add remaining ingredients--adding broth last. Put in baking dish with a lid. Dot with additional margarine. Cover and bake in 350º oven for 45 minutes.
