1 1 lb pkg of prepared coleslaw or broccoli slaw
2 pkgs slivered almonds
1 pkg sunflower seeds or at least 1 cup
2 pkgs Ramen noodles, beef or oriental flavored
2 bunches of chopped green onions

Dressing:
1 c canola oil
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1/3 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet saute dry broken-up noodles, almonds and seeds with a little melted margarine. Mix with slaw. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
