Personal Notes:
This menu of favorite recipes is a staple at the Tim Anderson household. The reason being is #1 it is easy and convenient. With the addition of children to our lives, it fits well into our motto of whatever is easiest let's do it. Secondly the chicken and vegetables are not only healthy but tasty. The muffin recipe is very complimentary to the meal which we inherited from Susan and last but not least the dirt dessert is a nice way to top off the meal. We try to sit down each evening as a family for dinner which was something our families strived for and valued. This menu ultimately reminds us of our day to day lives and gathering each evening to be together.
