1 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
3 over-ripe bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar; add bananas, milk and egg. Add dry ingredients and mix mixture well. Fill muffin cups 2/3 way full. Bake at 350 until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
