1 lb. hamburger
1 c. minute rice
2 c. water
1 can chicken and rice soup
1 T. soy sauce
1 onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion and celery. Add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole dish and bake at 375º for 1 hour. Top with chow mein noodles and bake another 10 minutes.
