3 tbsp canned diced green chilis
8 (6 in.) tortillas

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spread 1/3 c of the salsa in the bottom of a 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Mix the chicken, 1/2 c cheese, 1/2 c yogurt, the squash, and green chiles in a bowl. Heat the tortillas according to directions on package. Spread about 1/4 c of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in the baking dish. Pour the remaining salsa over the tortillas, then sprinkle with the remaining 1/3 c cheese.
Cover with foil and bake until the cheese is melted--about 20 minutes.

Matt and Lindsey love to make this when they are in the mood for Mexican food. The good part is that it is healthy, too!
