Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water; stir in oil and salt.
Work in flour and knead dough until smooth (add more flour if sticky)
Put in greased bowl, cover with dish towel and set in warm spot for 2-3 hours.
Preheat oven to 450º
Divide dough into 2 pieces and roll out dough with a little flour and a floured rolling pin.
In separate bowl, mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and sugar.
Spread sauce onto dough (enough for 2 pizzas)
Spread on desired amount of cheese and toppings.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
