2 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. orange juice
1/2 stick melted butter
1/4 c. cholesterol free egg product (or 1 egg)
1 c. chopped cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. powdered sugar (optional)
2 tsp. water (optional)

Directions:

Mix everything until moistened. Grease loaf pan. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
