1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped or a bag of Italian salad greens
3 T. rice vinegar
1 T. dark sesame oil
t. crushed red pepper (or a pinch of cayenne)
1 whole roasted rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped
c. chopped fresh cilantro
2 T. sesame seeds, toasted (optional)

Directions:

Make a dressing from the vinegar, sesame oil and red pepper. Toss with chicken, cilantro and lettuce.
