6 chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 T. fresh lemon juice
2 T. poppy seends
lb. Ritz crackers (1 stack), crushed
c. margarine or butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and cube or shred. Mix together soup, sour cream, lemon juice and poppy seeds. Add chicken to this mixture. Pour into a 9 x 9 baking dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on the top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly browned, about 30 minutes.
