8 chicken breast halves, boneless & skinless
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
8-10 slices ham
8-10 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken sou0
½ cup sherry or dry white wine
¼ c. milk or cream
1 c. melted butter or margarine

Directions:

Spray a 10 x 6 baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cover bottom with ½ of stuffing mix. Lay chicken breast on top of stuffing. Place ham slices on top of the chicken and then the cheese slices. Mix soup, wine and milk or cream together. Pour over cheese. Sprinkle more stuffing on top. Pour melted butter over this. Bake uncovered at 350º for one hour.

This is good even without the ham. You can also cube the chicken to make it easier to serve to children.
