1 lb. Hamburger
carrots
onions, sliced
potatoes, sliced
1/4 cup Minute Rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and drain. In a 1 1/2 - 2 quart casserole dish, add hamburger. Then add a layer of sliced carrots, a layer of sliced onions and a layer of sliced potatoes. Make 2 more layers. Add rice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix soups together with milk and pour over casserole.

Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
