4 tilapia fillets (5-6 oz. each)
1 c. mango and peach salsa, or pico de gallo
1 ripe avocado, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Brush stovetop grill pan or broiler pan with oil and heat. Brush tilapia with 1 tsp oil (prefer olive oil). Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper. Place on hot pan. Grill or broil 5 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Mix salsa and avocado. Top each fillet with about 1/2 cup. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, if desired.
